The installers for Abbey Carpet & Floor were fabulous. They were hardworking, thorough and efficient. They did a lot of little things that I appreciated. They took a lot of care and made sure to clean up everything when there was a mess. I feel a bit differently about the people in the office than the installers. There was nothing wrong with them, but they were sometimes a little hard to get ahold of. They didn't always return phone calls. It wasn't terrible, the customer service just wasn't at the level of the installers. However, the installation was excellent and I would absolutely use them again with no hesitation.
