I recently contacted Abbey Carpet & Floor for the first time, and since then, I have already scheduled them to come and do more work! They put in a hardwood floor for me. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable they were about the products and the recommendations they were able to give me were excellent! I have worked with flooring companies in the past, and it seemed like they were just trying to get money out of me and not actually listening to what I needed and wanted. But, this was way different. I am disabled and they sat down and worked with me very closely to ensure that all of my needs were met. They were extremely attentive and interested in what would work for me! When it came to the installation, they were super reliable. I really liked that they were flexible and scheduled around me. They always showed up on time and were very careful with my home. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work they did and the quality of the flooring. My floor turned out great! On my upcoming job, they have already been great about working with me to lay out the best options. I am really happy with the work and with the company!
