The Beverly Hills Martial Arts Center, located right in the middle of the famous Sunset Strip in Hollywood, serves everyone from big celebrities to the kids who go to the elementary schools in the area. My experience was initially taking my 11-year-old daughter there for martial arts training. I was skeptical, but her best friend had gone, so I said I'd take her.

I can't tell you what Master Kim and his staff did for my daughter. Her self confidence soared. Her balance improved drastically. She became graceful in her movements, and the fear her body language always had displayed was gone.

I hope she never has to use her martial arts skills in real life, but she enjoys the competition and classmates that I signed up for an adult class. She's way ahead of me, but I'm seeing the same benefits.

I had taken yoga and Pilates and never really considered martial arts. I'm glad we found this center. It has served our family well.
