Manpower really tries hard to find work for the people that it employs. I have no personal experience with them, but I do work with people who work for them. One problem with working for these types of companies is they are often the first to be laid off during hard economic times. This is no different with the company I work for, as things grow slower these are the first people to be asked to leave. Also the same holds true with this company as with other employment agencies, there's no guarantee that you will be hired full-time, and you will be making the minimum amount of money you can make.
