hugh rock hit my windshield & got a spider with 20 legs. luckily it was under a quarter size. They were efficient, and did a great job filling in the spider crack. customer service was perfect. I remember them at another location from years ago so i found out where they moved just because they made an impression that stuck. I will go there again ..... probably forever. LS
