The entire process of replacing the windshield in my 2010 Jeep Wrangler was efforless from start to finish. Karen in the office promptly set up my appointment and handled the insurance claim professionally and timely. No need to call back to inquire about the status of my claim. Dave and Jim handled the installation at my home on time with a very high quality after- market windshield which appears better than the OEM MOPAR part. Initially I was skeptical about not selecting the OEM windshield. I was assured that they use only the highest quality replacemnt glass and they stand behind the product they use. They were right!
