Very positive from 'first contact' to 'all done'
The crack in the windshield just kept growing! On the first call to Karen, she explained the process, made numerous calls to insurance, Mercedes, other manufacturers and us as we decided on an option for replacement. Her patience was amazing!
Dave and Jim showed up on time (including a 'heads up call' that they were on their way). Obvious that they knew EXACTLY what they were doing and were dedicated to doing it right.
All three were good humored, professional and 'got 'er done!' If you need auto glass, you owe it to yourself to use them and not the national firms. THANKS
