The front office was responsive to my call and was easy to schedule with. The technician came promptly and worked efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I liked that he explained what the problem was and gave me information on the next steps to fix the leak. I also appreciated that he stopped by to check on me a few days later when he was in the neighborhood on another job. He even offered to walk the contractor through where the leak is and how to fix the problem. He went the extra step and I felt cared for. I had no problems with the service and am happy with all the work that he did. I absolutely recommend Simply Leak Detection and will definitely use them again in the future if I need to.
