Simply Leak Detection

Good Service but Took A Long Time.

We worked with Simply Leak Detection a few weeks back to take a look at a pipe we were having issues with a couple weeks back. We found out about Simply Leak Detection through a recommendation about 5 years ago and we originally used them to repair a leak we were having on the same pipe. Things worked out very well both times but I was a little concerned with how long they took to complete the job. It took a little longer than I expected and caused me to miss some time at work. Overall, everything is working as it should and the technicians were very respectful throughout the whole process.

I always appreciate feedback and my apologies for taking a little longer than I thought it would take. I broke my foot 5 weeks prior and was just getting back to work when you called. I arrived in a walking boot to provide a valuable service to for you and didn't charge for any added time. Further, I let you know that I was arriving in a walking boot :-). It's also important to understand that every leak is different. Some large and easily located and others small and more difficult. Nonetheless I appreciated this opportunity to help. If hired again in the future I'll surely be able work more quickly.
