It took less than a week from when my wife and I picked the carpet to when it was installed. The removal of the old carpet and installation of the new only took a couple of hours, although admittedly we only have carpet in one bedroom. Overall a fast and surprisingly easy experience. Definitely recommended if you need new carpet.
