This was my first time using Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center. After going to a big name store looking for carpet and not really seeing what I wanted I purchased and hired Abbey's. I am remodeling my house, so it's important to me that I get good quality products and installations. The carpets turned out lovely and were installed beautifully. I think the price was right for what I got and I think they will wear nicely. The carpet installer did an absolute wonderful job. I will go back to them for more carpet and installation. My only complaint was the the installation guy was late. He was real late on several occasions. He also didn't care if he was late. Even though he was late his work is wonderful! I love the carpet it turned out beautifully. For service I gave a five-star rating because of the late installer, everything else was spot on!
