I had a good experience with Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center. I had used them years before and they had done a good job so I contacted them again to do some flooring for us. They put in some laminate and tile flooring. The quality of the flooring is great and they did a decent job with the installation. I also appreciated that the job was done in a timely manner. One problem I had was that I had some laminate flooring that was mis-measured and when I tried to return them, I could not. They told me to just save it for future repair/replacement jobs, so I was stuck with extra boxes of laminate. Another problem I had was that during the installation, the installer put a tile down over a vent. A technician had worked on the vents and put down a piece of cardboard over the opening, but the installer just installed right over it and now there is a weak spot in the floor. Besides those two mishaps, the overall job was good. Their pricing is reasonable and I would recommend them.
