We have used Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center three times now and I actually have to go down in about 15 minutes and see them.
So, every time that we have used them it's been for something different, last time was for our home and we also did wood floors before and the thing is that even though before I would have recommended them, it has happened that every time that I have picked something up that I wanted from them, they have called me after the selection process to tell me that they don't have it on stock anymore. They do that, they have it there on the floor but when it comes to ordering, it's never there. I have to make a trip that is 45 minutes away, so, ironically even though normally I would say that they were great but they do a terrible job organizing their stock and floors.
But the title department we have done business with a bunch and they are really good, really on top of it. We even ordered blinds through them and they were excellent. I think it's just the flooring department that has an issue.
