The team over at Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center is great. The sales person was very helpful and showed us numerous different options and explained everything about them to us. We were even given a bunch of samples to take home before making our final decision. After they ordered and received the flooring we chose, we changed our mind and they were completely okay with that. Then, there were some complications with the kitchen install which meant a longer wait to do the floors. They ended up holding our stuff in their warehouse for about 2 months. We finally were able to have them come out and install the flooring and we are so happy with the work they did. The floors look amazing. If we ever need another floor, they will be the first ones we call. We absolutely recommend them to others.
