I was locked out of my house pretty late didn't know what to do. Not many locksmith's were open I called bob's lock and safe to see if they did home visits. They said that they did and arrived promptly was not only able to get me back inside my house, but was able to change the locks we have been having issues with for awhile. The guy was so nice and friendly not only making sure i knew what went wrong but making sure that it wouldn't happen again. Any one having any trouble at all with any locks visit bob's lock and safe.
