I called these guys to replace a water heater in a commercial property. They are very knowledgeable and unlike another plumber they really understood the scope of work. I spoke to Wes and he is extraordinarily professional. He reviewed the scope of work from the photograph and he told me that I needed to have a special electrical box with the switch on it that would then plug into the electric water Rather than simply plugging the water heater into an outlet. This is what code requires and is much safer to prevent a fire because there is too much power running through the regular electric cord. He also calculated the number of fixtures and the recovery time and recommend an upgraded element in the electric water heater to make everything run smoothly. What really struck me about this company is that dealing with Wes is dealing with a true professional. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and calm. He spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions. He did not try to “double talk me“ or do any “bait and switch“ tactics like my previous plumber. I am extremely happy with them and I know that they did the job properly and charged a fair price. What else can you ask for? I highly recommend using this company because you will be very satisfied. I plan on using these guys as my “go to plumbers.”
