I brought in a puppy with Parvovirus and they treated him for a few days before they said he could come home. He came home but never showed improvement, including vomiting and diarrhea still and ex tremly lethargic and unwilling to eat or drink well. We even took him in again and they showed very little care, making us wait an hour for care despite us being there on time for our appointment. Then they showed little care, sending him home immediately with just antibiotics even though he never showed improvement. They showed zero care for my puppy, and because of them I've lost him despite frequent calls and trips to the vet where they assured us with hardly a glance at him that everything was "fine." Now I'm forced to pay over $1000 for treatment of my puppy that died due to their lack of care and concern.
