Ask for one month car wash and now after reviewing my statement they have been charged every month. I did not ask for that and the young man said no problem. Well called there today and Josh was so rude, told me not my problem and it is auto renewal. I'm never washing my car there again. Now I'm supposed to call HR and maybe they will help what does HR have to do with refunds. Also told the person that it was a gift for a month. Not renewal every month. Then to be treated like I was a piece of you know what. These young people are so rude anymore. Plus the phone rang 22 times.
