I was in there the other day in my nice silverado. There carwash blew off my chevy emblem off the fron and they broke my license plate light. The whole thing came off the bumper . I called them after I realized a hour later and they basically said good luck . You can come make a customer complaint and we will see what we can do. Well if it happened to there vehicles someone would be fixing it . The manager attempted carwash acted like It was a problem.. i do not recommend them unless you go at your own risk . I've been going there a long time getting my car washed and oil changes . Very sad they don't honor the customers and take care of the people that keep there business going. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOUR OK WITH YOUR STUFF GETTING BROKE AND THEM NOT FIXING IT . customer service is huge for me and the manager pretty much said make a complaint and see what we can do. They wouldn't even go back through to try and find my chevy emblem.
