We were very happy with our salesman, Jairo, and were very excited about the project until it came to the installation and we had a problem with the scheduling of the installation. The installers were excellent, very through, courteous, and very clean. They went out of our way for us that day. I had a problem and spoke to Al about it and he said that it was not right and he said he would speak to everyone involved on their end to get to right. All in all we are happy, just a little frustrated at the office for changing our install date at the last minute and a lack of communication with us.
