John Dungan and Ability A/C have done all my HVAC work since 2011. Very impressed. Cost effective and great service (even on the $50 jobs). All ducts cleaned and twice yearly service. For big work, I replaced one gas furnace and same A/C unit with Amana. On the A/C, John replaced a 5 ton 10 SEER Trane unit with a 3 ton 16 SEER Amana (and 5 ton coil). Trane unit was oversized. My summer A/C bills are $200 per month less and the house is more comfortable. Amana unit is very quiet. I highly recommend Ability A/C.
