So far we have only gone through the contract phase of our process with Great Western Flooring. We haven't had the tile installed yet, so this is kind of provisional, but the two ladies that we worked with there were very pleasant and very helpful. They were knowledgeable about their products and did a very good job taking care of us. They carefully explained everything and they made sure that we understood all aspects of the contract. The store itself has plenty of selection so there are lots of choices. Too many, really, although they helped us navigate the selection to find what we wanted. We are very happy up to this point.
