Horrible experience

Installed defective flooring in new construction home. Had to wait 9 months. We had to repackage everything move furniture and clean up afterwards. People hired to fix floors ruined cabinets and had to return to fix bubbles in finish etc but didn't accomplish much. We slept on couch in basement fir 8 days along with pets. They refused to pay for a place to stay. Still trying to get repairs done after a months worth of stress

Indeed the materials were found to be non-standard. Once that was determined, several options were provided to remedy the situation. The option selected did extend the time period to the late winter months so the sub-standard boards could be successfully be removed while in a contracted state so as not to disrupt the rest of the floor. The timeframe for the job was reviewed extensively and was part of your remedy decision. The combination of acclimation conditions, as well as a few personal interruptions on your end, did contribute to delays. However, we are glad that we stayed the course and were able to properly repair the defective boards. We look forward to wrapping up the last few items on the punchlist so that you can enjoy the finished product once and for all. Thank you for your candor and for your business.
