Terrible Service

I wish I could give a zero star to this company.

We came through COSTCO for a hardwood flooring job. The crew ran out of material 3 days into the job and the office didn't respond when we found out about this. It has been nearly a month since the job started and we have no clue when the work will be finished. We have sent repeated email inquiries and all we hear is that someone will call us. We feel stuck and cheated because we were made to pay in full even before the work started!

Thank you for your review. I apologize that your job had some delays on it. We certainly do our best to minimize any inconveniences. In this case, the few boxes of materials that we were short were promptly ordered, and the other elements of your project remained on track to avoid other unnecessary delays.

We did contact you a couple of times last week to attempt scheduling and that you are now confirmed for the installation completion on Monday 3/6.

I am confident that we will complete everything to your satisfaction. When we do, I would appreciate if you would consider modifying your review in return. Construction in a finished home, especially with a job that entails over 2000sf of hard surface work, is always very delicate balance. We respect that this is your home and we strive to alleviate any inconveniences that are associated with your project. Unfortunately, some of these are bound to happen and when they do, we make it a priority to resolve them as urgently as possible.

In regards your payment, the terms on that are mandated by Costco. GWF does typically not take 100% upon order (we do 50% down, balance upon completion)...I understand where that can feel problematic. Rest assured, your purchase is fully protected and your satisfaction is paramount.
