Your installation team is wonderful and knew what they were doing. Your customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! The only one who helped me and knew what he was doing was Van Den Hartog, He was great! Gerade Hudson and Dana Chirico do not know what they are doing. I have been dealing with these people since October 2016. Will never recommend Great Western Flooring because of your customer service NOT because of the work done. The floors are beautiful-too bad your customer service is so POOR!
