Sierra Pacific Mortgage--Lake Tahoe Office did a great job. We had a very tight time frame, I had to get out and ready because I had another deal to close within 3 weeks and Steve was extremely on top of things and went through a lot of extra effort to make sure there was no waste of time. He expedited the appraisal and got the whole process done quickly, otherwise I would not have been able to make it work, I would have been without a house which would have been very awkward. He really did a great job.
