We had planned on a specific closing date but the person I worked with at Sierra Pacific helped get us closed quicker. Apart from that, he was super helpful, didn't find me particularly annoying when I called every other day to see what the interest rates were that day. He answered all my questions and had good, solid background knowledge in everything.
