This was my first time using Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning of Orange County. The tech was very knowledgeable though the front office was a bit scatterbrained. Mr. Rooter, who is their sister company, recommended that I use them, so I did and I liked them.

The only thing is I'm still waiting for a receipt of service. He said it would be emailed to me. They emailed a thank you, but no receipt. I'm still waiting for that.

I have told a lot of people about them and given out their business cards so hopefully they'll hear from some of those people soon. I will definitely use them again because I'd like to set up a contract for heat and air service.
