When we decided to replace all the 21 windows in our home we did not know anything in advance about windows types, materials, designs so we started contacting a few of the well known brands in our area. We had quite a few in-home window presentations, all with an almost identical speech and sale pressure tactics that made us uncomfortable. Fortunately we heard about Ultra windows and give it a try, although it was not the most well known company for us. We were very glad we did it! Randy, came and presented to us different window materials and designs that were within our budget, he was very informative and give us advice on the type of windows that would fit our needs. And he also explained to us the installation process and timeline. But, most importantly, he gave us the impression of an honest person and was never pushing us to make any quick decision. And on top of that, his bid was highly competitive! The positive experience continued during the installation process. The crew was very professional and did the replacement job (of 21 windows) in only 1 1/2 days, always cleaning the site before they left. We would definitely recommend Ultra windows!
Update: after having the new windows for almost 2 years now, one of them presented a crack in one of the glasses. I contacted Randy to find out how to replace it and he immediately took care of this and sent a person to replace the broken glass, covering all the associated costs. We cannot imagine a better service!
