Randy and Ultra's reputation preceded them. I knew they were a highly rated company in an industry rife with sketchy work ethics. I had heard from different sources that Randy and company ran a 5 star operation and I was not disappointed. Randy was patient in answering questions, eager to help make this big job run smoothly, (34 windows) and checked progress of the job daily. Jorge and the rest of his crew were amazing. They work like a machine. They cleaned up the job site everyday, not just at the end of the job. Jorge was patient with all my questions . My windows are beautiful! I cannot wait to see my next electricity bill as the comfort factor is much higher in my home. Some of my windows were original windows in my 1935 structure. There was a lot of repair needed on each window before the installation could be done. Could not recommend them more highly!!
