The Ultra Windows crew of 4 did an absolutely beautiful job replacing our old windows. No glass was broken and not a single spec of mud or dirt was tracked into my house even though it had rained every day the week before and it rained two of the three days they worked on the windows. Everything was covered with a drop cloth and the floor was covered with blankets. They also swept up before they left every day. All the reviews we had read seemed to be too good to be true, but they were not, they were just accurate. I have never had a more professional crew work in my home and never had a more professional job done inside and out. I wish I could hire them when I need other work done. They even reconnected the alarm sensors to each window, and verified that they all worked. As for the benefits of the new windows, we have not had then long enough to "see" the difference in our utility bill, but we can definitely " hear" the difference. It is quieter in our den where we watch television. We have lowered the volume on the sound system quite a bit. So far it seems to be cooler in the house, but we will revisit that in August when it really gets hot.
