Ultra Windows did a great job replacing our windows. Randy (the owner) is very knowledgeable and can give you multiple options. We went with the thermally broken aluminum windows and couldn't be happier. The installation process went without a hitch. Jorge and his crew are very detailed oriented and they did a great job. They were here for three days and would do a section of the house each day. All of our furniture, cabinets, etc. were covered with plastic to keep them clean during the install. They didn't just calk each window, they also insulated with foam so the windows are all sealed tight. And they don't rush through the job. They take the time to make sure each window is perfectly fit. At the end of each day they cleaned up whatever was in the yard or in the house. We are very pleased with out decision to use Ultra Windows and would highly recommend them to anyone.
