What sold me on Randy was his knowledge of windows, the product he offered, and his straight forward no pressure approach. His quote wasn't the lowest, but it wasn't the highest either. Yet, based on my own research, the Okna window he recommended for my home was far superior to the windows offered from the other installers I contacted. Randy offers a wide range of window types and models to choose from. He took the time to discuss what features I wanted and what would look best on my home.

Randy was very clear about how long it would take to order the windows, how long installation would take, and exactly how the process would work. The windows arrived and he was able to start my job earlier than promised.

Jorge and his install team were very professional and respectful. They clearly have an abundance of experience as they made the process look easy. I felt they did additional work that most installers would not, such as adding spray foam in the walls around the window to improve the insulation and reduce air flow. The team worked long days, and even with the extra installation steps, the 18 windows were installed in under two days. Jorge answered all of my questions.

The most telling sign of professional work was the cleanliness of the house and yard at the end of the job. Instead of simply breaking the old windows, they carefully removed each pane. I did not find a single piece of broken glass, which is fantastic when you have kids and dogs running around. Any debris was vacuumed or picked up.

When you spend so much money on a home improvement, it needs to be done right. I wouldn't hesitate to use Randy and his team again in the future. After seeing what the other companies offer and charge, I know Randy provides more knowledge, a better product, and a better installation for a fair price.
