We were referred to Randy by a neighbor who had Ultra Windows replace their windows. After seeing the transformation the upgraded windows made in their home and hearing first hand about the professional installation, we knew we had to call and get another bid. We met with Randy and he was such a refreshing change from other contractors, very informative and patient, never once pushing us for a quick decision. His bid to replace all of our windows was more than fair. This is a man of integrity and it was a real pleasure to work with him. But the real story is the installation crew! Led by Jorge, these guys are the best at what they do and they don't take shortcuts. Each and every window is square, sealed with expanding foam, and finished off with the straightest caulk line I have ever seen. They treat your home as if it were their own, protect floors and furnishings, remove window treatments and put them all back in place. They do not leave until your home is as clean as when they arrived. We are very pleased with our new windows and will happily refer our friends and neighbors to Ultra Windows.
