Great Installer - Long Delay from the Manufacturer
We had a tremendous experience with our installation of fiberglass windows. The installer, Randy Swearingen, and his crew did a great job. When Ultra Windows couldn't deliver within the time frame they originally quoted, Randy did everything possible to make up for it. In the end, we got great windows. I strongly recommend Randy for anyone wanting windows in the Houston - Austin area.
