We used Ultra Windows after several of our neighbors recommended it. First, Randy always answered his cell phone or called me back within the hour. Second, the price was fair, the product was excellent. We live on a corner and had single pane windows from 1968. The new Sunrise windows make the house so quiet. It's like our house was relocated to a cul de sac. The whole project was drama-free. I generally do not like contractors and have had dissapointing experiences but Randy and his crew have integrity. There was no broken glass during or after installation in my house. I have a 3 yr old and that was very important. Also, his crew did an excellent job caulking around the windows and I have very little painting touch ups to do - very little. I highly recommend him and his crew.
