I am a very demanding homeowner and have very high expectations regarding products, contractors, and their work. Working with Randy and his crew - Jorge, Juan and Martine - has been an excellent experience from start to finish! First, Randy worked tirelessly to find the right replacement french doors for me. I eventually decided on the 8' Neuma fiberglass doors with LoE 366 glass and HPVD hardware. Doors were ordered and arrived on site the morning of installation,as originally scheduled. Jorge ("George"), Juan and Martine also arrived for the install right on schedule. They covered all furniture and flooring prior to starting work. They also created a protected work area with sheets of plastic to limit dust exposure. They even vacuumed out my garage area (where they were prepping new doors) and left it cleaner than when they arrived! Post installation, Jorge stepped me through the multi-point locking system and talked with me about what they did to make the new doors fit my existing space. In addition, Randy contacted me the day after installation to confirm that I was pleased with the results and had no issues. New doors fit perfectly, are heavily insulated, and seal out all outside noise. I am SO pleased with the product and installation. I will DEFINITELY be using Randy and his team in the future for all subsequent door and window replacements! If you want excellent service and products, look no further - this is the company to use!
