When you're getting replacement windows, you're buying both the product and installer, and either can make or break the job. We had Ultra Windows install fiberglass windows, and have been extremely pleased with both the installation and product.

They have an experienced installation crew that has worked with them for years. The installation was done with a high level of attention to detail and great communication with us throughout the process.

One interesting specific: If you have an alarm system, most installers require that you have your alarm service reinstall the window and door sensors. Ultra handled it all for us. When there was a problem, I didn't have to negotiate between my window installer and alarm service to see who was responsible. Also, prior to the installation, I had a bad sensor on the 2nd floor. Ultra discovered a cut wire inside of the wall and repaired it for me.

I got several bids for both fiberglass and vinyl windows. These guys were GREAT, and their price was very competitive.
