We had 4 quotes on our windows and front door. Randy was by far the most professional sales person we dealt with. His quote wasn't the lowest but it was competitive. Beyond the installation, it assistance from his crew to move things out of the way the day of the install. It also included rewiring the alarm points while every other quote specifically excluded that service and would have required me to call the alarm company to rewire the windows and door we had replaced. I had knee surgery a few days before they were ready to install the windows and was reminded if I couldn't move my furniture, they would gladly take care of it for me. My BIL ended up moving everything but I was appreciative that the option was available had he not been able to get it done in advance.

The day of the install, the windows and door showed up and the driver unloaded everything. A bit later, the crew showed up and started working. They took care not to mess up the house (it rained a bit during the install) and cleaned everything up better than it was when they started.

They foamed, installed the windows, and caulked the inside on day one. They came back the second day to install the door and caulk the outside of the windows. The caulking job was the best I've ever seen, my BIL even noticed and commented on it when he came back to help move the furniture back. This crew has obviously worked together for some time because they all knew what they were doing and worked together really well. As the job wrapped up, they appeared to be totally focused on making sure every single detail was taken care of instead of hurrying up to call it a day.

The winodws and door have been installed for a few days so it is too early to tell how the windows are going to perform but we are totally happy with the decision we made to go with Ultra Windows.
