Since my hair dryer has only low and high settings, I may have a better idea now of the cause of my hair's dryness. The style was gorgeous, I don't mind saying this since it's her work and my hair doesn't usually get this high level of treatment or look quite this good. I've started using the advice Katie gave me, and I'm beginning to see some improvement in smoothness and shininess after just a couple of weeks.
