Katy's service was very professional. My first time visit; I omly had a one- process color.My BIG surprise and disappointment was when I was charged $80.00 for a simple coloring.(Particularly after having been informed that a coloring was priced from $65.00 to $80.00 depending on the compexity).

Thank you Margaret for your review, as you mentioned the color process does vary in price, you requested a senior stylist, they do start at $80 for coloring services. We try to stress that prices are subject to change based on services rendered and stylist chosen, not necessarily complexity. Our color line is high end, conditioning color and our prices are a reflection not only our competitors but also our product cost. We hope this clarifies the pricing and apologize for any confusion.
