I've been working with Chicago Flooring Innovations for the last 5 years or so. First of all, anyone who says you don't encounter problems in projects in construction is lying. There are always problems, so with Chicago Flooring their follow-up and follow-through is really excellent, it's outstanding. Their pricing is very fair, and they are very accommodating with our schedule; because of the amount of work we give them they try and accommodate every schedule requirement we provide, and I'd say 95% of the time they can. I suppose the only thing I'd suggest they need to work on is over-scheduling. It's a common problem in our industry, all of us are challenged to get this perfect balance of the right amount of people and the right amount of work for the right amount of crews and people, and it's challenging. Outside of that Chicago Flooring is excellent.
