I would 100% recommend Chicago Flooring Innovations. The rep when we called him, he came over and gave us very personalized service. He brought a good number of samples and he really listened to what we needed.
Then when we were trying to schedule the flooring and the flooring installation we were moving into a new home that was a community association and the rep was the person that helped us and did all the leg work trying to work with our property manager and board of directors to try and get them to approve the flooring and the installation. That was very, very helpful and I really appreciated it.
