Holy cow Octavian is incredible! I called over to Chicago Flooring Innovations to have a floor refinished and Octavian was the one who answered the call. He came by and worked wonders on my floor which now looks like it is brand new! He did show me some spots where the wood was starting to wear which was really nice. When I need to get some new flooring I will definitely come back to Octavian because he is incredible.
