We had originally gotten help from a different company to do wood flooring on our stairs and the solution they came up with to the issue was basically not optimal. They were saying it was the only way to possibly do it. So we contacted Chicago Flooring Innovations for a second opinion and they pretty much came in and said they could solve problem using a different wood width. They were able to do the project without any problems at all. They were very responsive to any comments, concerns, or questions I had. There were a few subtle aesthetic issues that they fixed immediately after being pointed out. The price was very reasonable. I can't remember how it was relative to other quotes, but I thought it was definitely within the industry norm.
