My first contact with Abbey Flooring Design Center's showroom and the salesman that greeted me was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the types of flooring we were interested in and very polite and personable as well. He answered all of my questions. He showed us what we wanted to see, scheduled an appointment to come out and do the estimate and showed up exactly on time! I'm a retired contractor and one of the most important things that my customers wanted was to be on time. I knew right away that this was going to work for me.Being on time from you first contact sets the tone for the entire experience! This salesman knew his business! The installation crew also showed up on time, were very professional and we are extremely happy with the end product. One of the crew even helped me move a few pieces of furniture back into the finished room because it was to heavy for me to lift alone. He didn't have to do that and I thought it was a nice touch right along with the call we received after the job was finished, making sure everything was exactly as we had expected and that we were completely satisfied. I was also given a reference for another company to refinish some hardwood flooring. They didn't have to do that either and I find this a nice touch as well! That company will be in to refinish the floor soon. We are extremely happy with the floors, they look great! Outstanding job from the Salesman to the Installation Crew!
