I really like the flooring from Abbey Flooring Design Center--I'm really happy! Our experience was that we first contacted Abbey Flooring and were able to speak with Spike. We were also able to speak with Jon, and he told me to come to the showroom. We went there and talked and had a positive experience. The next thing was that Spike came to the house, did the measurements and quotes, and then the next day we went to the showroom again to do the final pick of the material--porcelain tile. He helped us out with picking the material and was very patient.

He and Jon helped us do the pick, and then we made the initial payment--and after, he told me that he set up a time for the installers to come. The installers were alright, and I give them a four. I would definitely use Abbey Flooring Design Center again.
