Abbey Flooring Design Center installed hardwood flooring for me. Overall, the work is really good. It's almost perfect, except for this one little piece of wood. It seems like the installer cut a piece too short, so he stuck one little piece of wood in there. He could've had perfection if he didn't stick that piece of thing in there.

When I told the lady who gave me the recommendation, she said no one ever called to say thank you for the recommendation. I gave them a lower rating because of the little piece of wood and because they never thanked her.
