Element Moving and Storage was referred to us by the apartment building. We hired them to move and to store our personal belongings. The company had grossly under quoted us and then wanted to charge us double the actual price that they had originally quoted in the beginning. Our carpet upstairs in the old apartment was filthy! The movers had tracked mud everywhere and as a result I had to call a carpet cleaner to get it back clean again. Moreover, we later discovered that several of our things were damaged and missing. Overall, I had a horrible experience with Element Moving and Storage.
