My long-term experience has been good.

Bright Touch Maids have been cleaning my home every two weeks for a number of years now. They generally show up when they say they will, and they do a decent job. I'm not going to say it's perfect, but they do a fine job. Whenever I've had a problem, they have been prompt about fixing it.
